No asterisks, no "from" prices that turn into something else, no surprise invoices in month three. Here is exactly how paying for a RepWorks site works, including how you leave, because you should know that before you start.
Simple: we carry the cost of building your site before you've paid a cent. If you don't like it, we wear that. The 18 month term is how the maths balances: you get a professional site with zero upfront risk, and we recoup the build over time instead of hitting you with a $3,000+ invoice like a traditional agency would.
Your $139 a month covers:
Keep going month to month at the same price. No new contract, no re-negotiation. Cancel any time from here with 30 days' notice. Most clients pick this one: the reviews keep updating, the site keeps working.
Pay a one-off buyout fee and the site becomes yours completely. We transfer the files and hosting to you (or your new provider) and help with the handover. From then on you pay us nothing.
Stop paying, and we take the site down. Your domain and every bit of your content (photos, words, reviews) goes with you, because they were always yours. No exit fees, no hostages, no hard feelings.
One thing is true from day one, in every option: you own your domain and your content, unconditionally.
The web industry has a long and ugly history of holding small businesses' domains hostage when they try to leave. We think that's disgraceful, and for a company built on reputation, it would also be spectacularly stupid. Your domain is registered in your business's name from the start.Yes. We build it, you look at it on a real link, and if it's not for you, you say no and that's the end of it. (Though if you liked the service, you know what we'd appreciate.)
Life happens, talk to us. We'll settle the remaining term fairly rather than lawyer you. What we won't do is hold your domain or your content over you: those leave with you no matter what.
Even easier. You keep your domain exactly where it is, we just point it at the new site. Anything worth keeping from your old website comes across too.
Your monthly price is locked for your initial term. Beyond that, if it ever changes, you'll get honest notice and the same three doors above.
Big new builds like a whole extra page, an online store or a booking system are quoted separately, plainly, before any work starts. You'll never discover a charge after the fact.
